Frequently Asked Questions

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We take all types of payments. Cash, Card, Contactless, Paypal and, on request, we can provide an invoice.
  • How much will it cost to assemble my furniture?
    To get a price for an item, just click the "Request a Quote" button at the top of the page, and send us a message asking for a quote. It's completely free and you have no obligations to buy. We aim to respond with an exact price within 24hrs. You can also check our pricing page for estimated costs for our most common items.
  • What information do i need to provide to get a quote?
    We need the item numbers/part numbers/names of all items to be assembled. If you have recently purchased the item new you can find the make/model on the box or on the receipt. If you still can't find it, you can send us a photo and we'll try our best to identify your item. If it is a custom designed item (Such as an IKEA PAX wardrobe) we will need to know all extra items, such as the number of drawers, shelves and doors.
  • What if I don't know the item numbers of my furniture?
    If you can't tell us the exact item numbers of the furniture, either because you lost the receipt, or if it's an old piece of furniture that you bought years ago, just provide us with as much information as you can. Even just where you bought it from could help, or send us a photo of the item and we might recognise it.
  • How long does my quote last?
    Your quote is valid for 30 days from the day of issue. After that time we will need to re-issue a new quote as the costs may have changed in that time.
  • How do I make a booking?
    After you have recieved your quote from us, just reply to the email or give us a call and we will confirm your appointment. Just remember to have your quote reference to hand so we know what we will be doing.
  • My plans have changed, can I change or cancel my appointment?"
    You can reschedule or cancel any appointment free of charge as long as you give us at least 24hrs notice. If you don't you may be charged a fee! If you placed your order on the same day as your appointment, you must give us at least 2hrs notice to change free of charge.
  • The boxes are too heavy for me to move, can you help?"
    Yes. Just tell us when we arrive where you want your furniture assembled. We will happily carry the heavy boxes anywhere in your house (even up stairs). Just make sure to have the route and area clear so there is plenty of space!
  • Will you remove the packaging when you are finished?
    Unfortunatley we are currently not licenced to remove commercial waste from jobs. We will however neatly stack the packaging and seperate the plastics so it is ready for you to put straight into your bin. We are currently looking into getting a licence to remove waste, so hopefully we can provide this service in the near future!
  • Do you sell flat-pack furniture?
    No, we only assemble flat-pack furniture that you have already bought somewhere else.
  • Can you pick up my furniture from the store for me?
    Unfortunatley at this time we are not able to offer a collection service. However this is something we hope to offer in the near future.
